Music Production Graduate James Clarke has
only become active in the Northeast music scene over the last 2 years
when he finally decided to unleash his talents to the public
His energetic and personalized live performances have built up a popular
fan base due to his dedication to his audience, diverse strong repertoire,
improvisation and showmanship
James excellent piano skills landed him a top weekly spot last summer
at the prestigious Wynyard Hall. By no means is James your average
lounge bar pianist!

the norm as possible, but without alienating the audience”

James has taken the lessons learned from the live gigs back into the
studio and put every bit of energy into the album, a work in progress
in which James produces and performes every instrument in his modest
bedroom studio
Inspired by such legends as Neil Young, Elbow, Joni Mitchell, Radiohead
and Counting Crows, James’ album is an introspective journey
of love, family, home, life and death.
Continuing the raw organic tones of his live performances, James’
original material and emotionally connected lyrics leave people with
their individual interpretation of the message behind his songs
James' recent recordings are more introspective and draw from personal
experience. James hopes the listener can relate to these tracks in
the same way in which people relate to his live performances
