Rosa Alchemica hails from London UK. This 4 piece post
punk group has hit the floor running with their latest release called
3000 Miles 3000 Nights. Each track is charged with enough electricity
to leave you on your knees. But you will be begging for more.
Hard hitting guitar lead songs backed by solid lyrics. This album
is a dream for the post punk lover.
Eddie Darko and Andreas Marian treat the listener to some excellent
guitar maneuvers. Adam Phillips spins a brilliant bass line. Greg
Gibson is outstanding on drums.
This album is not for the faint hearted. At times the instrumentation
takes you to another world. One where the music reigns over all.
Eddie Darko's vocals ringing out, calling you home. This is a true
punk style for most of the album, bordering on pop for a couple
of tracks. Rosa Alchemica may be influenced by other bands, but
don't let that fool you. They are like no one else. Impressive!
The Three Tracks I have singled out are:
1) No One Here Loves You - This track opens with brilliant
guitars renting a room in your soul! Excellent riffs. Top notch
instrumentation. Eddie Darko's vocals are on the money here. Lyrics
are soulful and edgy. Well done!
2) Spatial - This track is amazing. Terrific melody, instrumentation.
Guitar work by Eddie and Andreas is over the top excellent. Lyrics
are fantastic. This track will have you up on the dance floor in
seconds. Upbeat and memorable! This one is going to stay with you
long after the party is over baby.
3) When It Rains Down - Rosa Alchemica slides closer to
Pop/Rock in this track. Eddie shows his strong ability to gain the
listeners trust here. He becomes part of your heartbeat in this
track. Strong Lyrics bring you into the story behind the music.
Absolute brilliant instrumentation throughout When It Rains Down.
Another keeper!
It was a difficult task to narrow these tracks down to
just three as you will soon find out. The pure genius of these four
men is a treat to hear. I bet they are pure heaven to watch live.
It is great to hear quality music.
Check it out! These guys are the real deal.
Thats how I see it
