Well , this is where I tell you about me....
Always an interesting task isnt it?
I was orginally from Canada, but moved here to Sydney Australia in
2008. I have always been Interested in Independent and Unsigned Artists
for as long as I can remember. There is just too much repetition on
the main radio airwaves for my liking. Seems if you arent signed to
a major record company you dont get heard these days. Not to mention
the creativity levels being dampened by them.
Myself and Skys gave great thought to this problem a few years back
when I like every other DJ was playing the same ole major music in
my shows. That was when we started Indie Showcase. Now, much to our
delight, we along with other like minded DJ's in our Indie Showcase
Team, air the music we love. Independent and Unsigned Artists in all
styles of music, from all over the world.
Thanks to Internet Radio we have the advantage of airing the music
in many time zones covering many countries. So now, I am a happy girl.
well older than a girl but we won't go there, will we. lol As Indie
Showcase continues to grow and evolve we will bring to air Artists
that will cause an excitement to our listeners , young and old.
I can see myself doing this for many years to come. We are fortunate
in that the talented DJ's in our team are energetic and always have
the Artist in mind. So welcome to Indie Showcase everyone, I do hope
